1. About Randomizer
Randomizer is a mobile application made available by Oleksandr Momotiuk.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Randomizer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. License and Ownership
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Randomizer on devices you own or control, solely for your personal use and as permitted by applicable App Store rules.
Randomizer, including its software, branding, design, and related intellectual property, is owned by Oleksandr Momotiuk. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law permits.
4. Features and Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features of Randomizer at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or unchanged.
Randomizer is currently intended for supported Apple platforms. Future versions, requirements, or supported operating systems may change.
5. iCloud and Online Functionality
Some functionality, including iCloud or CloudKit syncing, requires an internet connection and access to Apple's services. If those services are unavailable, certain sync-related features may not work properly.
You are responsible for any data charges or carrier fees that may apply when using internet-connected features outside of Wi-Fi or your included mobile data plan.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds
Randomizer may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases. All billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, policies, and workflows.
We do not process your payment card information directly. Purchase restoration and paid access may depend on information provided through Apple's systems and related purchase infrastructure.
If you request a refund for an App Store purchase, that request must be submitted to Apple through Apple's refund process. Eligibility for a refund is determined by Apple and any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
7. Your Lists and App Data
You retain ownership of your app data in Randomizer. That data is stored locally on your device and may also be stored through your own Apple iCloud or CloudKit account if you enable sync.
We do not provide a separate Randomizer account system for storing your personal profile or user content on a developer-controlled backend.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Randomizer to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of others;
- attempt unauthorized access to the app, related services, or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the app's operation;
- misuse paid features, subscriptions, or purchase restoration systems.
9. Disclaimers
Randomizer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleksandr Momotiuk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Randomizer.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of availability, device issues, service interruptions, or reliance on app output.
11. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using Randomizer at any time by removing it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the app or access to related services at any time.
12. Privacy
Your use of Randomizer is also governed by the Randomizer Privacy Policy: privacy-policy.html.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Randomizer after an update means the updated Terms will apply.
