Randomizer Privacy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Randomizer handles information when you use the app, including optional iCloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, and purchases.

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Overview

Randomizer does not require account creation. We try to keep data handling limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the app, support optional sync, improve reliability, and manage purchases.

2. iCloud and CloudKit Sync

Randomizer may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to sync your app data across your devices when sync is enabled. This functionality depends on your Apple account and an internet connection.

Data synced through iCloud or CloudKit is handled through Apple's services rather than a separate user account operated by us.

3. Third-Party Services

Randomizer uses a limited number of third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and purchase or subscription infrastructure. These services do not receive information entered into or created with Randomizer.

"Technical Data" means limited pseudonymous usage, diagnostic, device, and purchase information processed through these services. It may include service-generated app or purchase identifiers, but it does not include direct personal identifiers.

  • Firebase Analytics provides limited pseudonymous app-usage analytics.
  • Firebase Crashlytics provides crash and error diagnostics.
  • RevenueCat manages purchases, subscriptions, and access to paid features.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where the GDPR applies, Oleksandr Momotiuk is the data controller for Technical Data processed on our behalf. Our legal bases are our legitimate interests, where permitted by law, in maintaining Randomizer, measuring basic product use, diagnosing errors, and responding to support requests; and performance of a contract or steps you request for purchases. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The other providers may process information outside the EEA or the user's country under applicable contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.

4. How We Use Information

We use limited information to:

  • operate Randomizer and support optional iCloud or CloudKit syncing;
  • measure app usage and understand general product performance through analytics;
  • diagnose crashes, errors, and stability issues;
  • manage subscriptions, purchases, premium access, and purchase restoration;
  • respond to support requests and service-related questions.

5. Tracking

Randomizer does not use Technical Data for advertising or tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

6. Purchases

Randomizer may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases. Billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies.

We may receive limited subscription or purchase status information needed to unlock paid features and restore access.

7. Retention and Deletion

App data may remain on your device until you remove it, reset app data, or delete the app.

If you use iCloud or CloudKit sync, synced data may remain in your Apple cloud storage until you remove it through the app, delete the app data, or manage the related data through Apple's services and settings.

Technical Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Analytics and diagnostic information follows the retention settings and policies of Firebase and Google Analytics. Purchase records are retained as needed to manage purchases and meet applicable legal obligations.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of personal information we control, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, and complain to your local data protection authority.

You may also be able to manage certain data directly through your device settings, Apple account settings, subscription settings, or by contacting the relevant third-party provider where appropriate.

If you have a privacy-related request, contact us at luckybeansapps@gmail.com.

9. Children

Randomizer is not directed to children below the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately through the app, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and provide additional notice when required by law.
